🌠What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 26⚡

Hello friends and family!
Are you ready for this week's issue? It's issue 26 ...making it officially the halfway mark for the year. EEKKKKKK who would have thought that we would be here together!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Before I forget,
hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It!
The theme of this week is lies!
Yes, the lies we tell ourselves is the theme for this week.
A quick backstory. Last week I told my coach the longest speech about why I could not commit to my goal
(which I set out for myself btw) ...
to exercise daily.
It was a beautiful speech and very logical with all the reasons why this can't be the focus right now. I laid out all my priorities and packed schedule, and it made sense! Super logical - too busy can't work out!
After this call it hit me...I was lying to myself, and in the most epic way ever. I used logic against myself, to stop myself from getting this goal.
Mind you the goal is not only daily exercise, it's a bigger one for overall health and fitness which is my number 1 priority right now.
So why would I lie to myself?
Why would I sabotage myself from being healthy, when I know how important this is? .....
This week's task is to write down all the lies you tell yourself!
Make a list of everything that you tell yourself to convince yourself you can't attain your goals.
Spend some time to really go deep with this one because you will be surprised at what comes up and what is really standing in your way.
Then decide if you are going to continue with this lie!
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
Switching it up this week ...to an inspirational video of 2 very inspiring people! Enjoy!
Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Kathy Sirico
I love artists who push the boundaries and develop their own unique styles. In some form, this could be a metaphor for life.
Take what you got and make it your own!
Kathy is a textile artist who is based in Brooklyn and is carving her way in this art space. This is an artist to watch out for... I think 10 years from now the range of work will be incredible.
I need to see her work in person someday! (one more item for my bucket list!)

Song of the week
Another get-up and dance track! I can't believe this song is 4 years old and I am only finding it now! Turn it up, and get up and dance! Follow me on IG for more song suggestions and morning dances!
In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (You can thank Brian!)
“Above all, don't lie to yourself. The man who lies to himself and listens to his own lie comes to a point that he cannot distinguish the truth within him, or around him, and so loses all respect for himself and for others. And having no respect he ceases to love.”
― Fyodor Dostoevsky,
