Hello friends and family!
Welcome to week 11. It's beautiful to have this baby of mine in double digits. Let's do a quick, hello and welcome to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a Dose of Inspiration and tips to Create A Life You Love and Go Live It.
The theme of this week is Break.
Why? Because I am taking a break! So I am keeping this super short and sweet and I hope to inspire you to take a break should you need one too. This break of mine was scheduled for April but I decided to take a time out now and breathe. No pushing on projects, no deadlines, and no moving fast. Why because I need to remind myself that everything is a choice. Being healthy is a choice. Eating the right food is a choice. Working 12-14 hour days is a choice. Being stressed out is a choice. Everything in life is a choice. So now taking a break is my choice.For this week .... Take your break! (If you want to, this is your choice)I hope that you save this email for days when you feel stressed and that deadlines are creeping in closer to you. Take your break!We often wait for public holidays or weekends but actually, we can take a break and stop whenever we want to. Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artist: Zinna Yoo
An office worker turned artist. I love this so much! That alone should inspire you to pick up on your dream and make it a reality.
Zinna is an artist from South Korea and she mixed bold lines with colour to capture scenes so perfectly.
