Hello friends and family!

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is "be curious".

Curiosity has come up before but this week I was reminded of using it to navigate the world. Over the last few weeks, I had a few different conversations and it became clear that many people (including myself) were feeling overwhelmed with life.

It's only March, so overwhelm this early in the year is a clear sign for me, to be mindful of my time and how I spend it. It is also a signal to take more time to breathe, be silent and ground myself.

Today I mapped out everything that was triggering this feeling and while creating this mindmap, I realized the answer was to flip the perspective and be curious. I started asking "what if..." questions, like:

  • What if I changed my entire routine for life?

  • What if I took a big risk on love?

  • What if I downsized everything?

  • What if I paused my social life?

Playing in the space of curiosity opens up new streams of possibilities. We often feel stuck in life because we are glued to the idea of this one path or outcome,

but what if you did something different?

Task this week:

  • If you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed take a moment to play this "what if game" and ask yourself this question for every problem that you are facing.

  • This is perfect for couples too. Expand your relationship with more curiosity.

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

If you are feeling stuck this is a good one to watch. Longer than my usual videos but the value is worth it.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Alessandro Florio

The man whose work reminds me of beautiful wallpaper. I see this on walls in boutique hotels and restaurants, on stationary and laptop covers. Meet Alessandro Florio, an artist from Italy who paints these beautiful pieces.

The more I discover new artists the more I see the world in different ways. After 114 weeks, which artist is your favourite?

Song of the week

A few years old but this is still a gem! This is the perfect evening anthem for winding down. Pump it up and chill out. Also if you have the time, their full album is amazing. HERE you go! (A gift from me to you)

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
