đ What would you do if you were inspired?

Hello friends and family!
Another week down, I hope your week is bringing you some joy, if not... this is in your hands, go back to
to find your inspiration!
A quick,
hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
. This week you are in for a treat!
The theme of this week is effort.
Take a moment to think about how much effort you put into your work, studies, and projects.
đšNow give it a number between 1-10.
Now think about how much effort you put into your relationships with people. Pick one person specifically to test this out.
đšNow give it a number between 1-10.
Do these numbers match or is one higher than the other?
This is the observation I had this past week. How much time and effort do we put into our jobs VS the time and effort we put into the people in our lives.
The more I think about it, the more I can't see those numbers matching or adding up.
To carve out a life that you want to live, you will need to sacrifice some things, most times the first to go is time with people. Yet I know at the end of life,
it's the time with the ones you love which will matter the most.
Something to think about.....I would love to hear how you balance this out or if this is something you have mastered. Hit the reply button and share your thoughts.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Can you inspire someone by being yourself?
Honest, real, sarcastic, and 100% himself at all times. Meet Anthony Bourdain.
Where do I start with this man? Maybe with Parts Unknown. Click
to watch the trailer.

A rare kind of traveler, even rarer now in the age of social media.
He went in search flavours, cultures and made us fall in love with the everyday lives of people around the world.
Some of my favorite moments were watching him eat street food in Vietnam and that one time where he went on a scooter adventure in search of a bowl of noodles.
(My kind-of human)
He would talk about the world honestly, openly and would not shy away from the truth of the harsh realities that people face.
If this is your first encounter with Anthony Boudain, do yourself a favor and carve out some time to enjoy his travel/food adventures, but more than this...listen to the words.
You can start here:
Bourdain falls in love with Vietnam's street food (Parts Unknown)
Anthony Bourdain beats jetlag with noodles (Anthony Bourdain Parts Unknown)
Anthony Bourdain's Life Advice Will Change Your Future (Watch this one and you will understand why I chose him for an inspirational person)
"If I walk into a room where everyone agrees with me, I find it frightening and dismaying and boring as f&%"
Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Emmanuel Ugwu
An artist, unknown to the world. Meet Emmanuel Ugwu. It was the woman without a face that caught my attention and I was captivated by this one piece.
A newish artist on the scene, from Nigeria. I googled all I could and only found his Instagram with a few pieces on it. Can't wait to see what else he creates.
I want the world to know him!

Sidenote ...if this little Newsletter is not needed in your 2021, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe from this list link at the bottom of this email. No hard feelings :)
Song of the week
I feel like Koffee is the feeling we all need this week - A chill jam to rock out to. Enjoy this one, in whatever way you want! (Also Happy 420 to those who celebrate) Koffee is a Jamaican singer and the first female artist to win a Grammy for the Best Reggae Album. (Shocking I know, in all the years since Bob Marley and the Wailers...now we have a female artist winning it ~ anyway) HERE is her Tiny Desk Concert. Enjoy!
In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (Send good vibes to Brian for this big week!)
âI don't have to agree with you to like you or respect you.â
