Do you want to celebrate big and be loud surrounded by people, or cosy up under blankets and shut out the world, do you have deadlines rushing towards you or are you numb to it all? 

This week I want you to take a deep breath and pause for a moment. You have half a month left until 2023 begins. 

What do you want these days to be like? 

• It's your life and your last days ...decide what energy you need and claim that. 

I will be home under blankets, reading books, making things and drinking hibiscus tea. This is my peace. What's yours?
