A very happy Wednesday! How is your week going? For me I can really feel the weight of 2023. Which means I need to work extra hard this week to release this pressure. Thankfully I have amazing friends who checked in today and gave me a breath of fresh air!

The theme of this week is "restart".  

I had a call with my accountability partner on Sunday night. Our usual 1-hour call lasted 4 hours as we spoke about the last 5 years of goals and our journey to get here. 

We laughed at the things we didn't achieve and the ones we are struggling to tick off, we marveled at things we added to the list which is now our current reality and most importantly we celebrated the journey together. 

Having someone walk with you through your goals with shared accountability who is not family or a partner in life is a very special thing. 

  It's like a random human picked you and you both decided to support each other for life. This is magic!

Back to the theme ...restart! During the conversation, we decided to restart the year. Not to continue goals but to restart habits and finish things from our list! 

• I decided to cancel Netflix. No more series, just audiobooks and learning for the year. 

• My downtime will be creating things. 

• I switched up my gym time and moved it to 5 pm. (1-day success so far!) 

  Task for the week: 

• Think about the last few years... is there anything you would like to restart? 

• Pick one thing and get started. 

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
