Hello friends and family!

Happy Sunday. Can you believe that we have wrapped up the first month of the year? That went too soon. I hope you had some great mini moments of joy in January.

A beautiful

hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is change.

Pause right here: Take a moment to think about 2022 and what the biggest change in your life was.

Now breathe, whatever it was...you survived it and you made it to the other side.

I am no stranger to change, I have moved countries 9 times either moving there or packing up and moving away. Each time to a new life entirely. New friends, new job (sometimes in a whole new field), a new language at times, a new system completely, change is a norm in my life.

Yet still, the anxiety is there with all changes. It's human nature and probably tied to our survival in some way. The key is learning to notice it, accept it, find a tool to release the pressure and then move forward.

Simple right? No ...but it's a skill you can learn.

Task this week:

  • Make a list of the top 5 things that make you anxious. (Look for things that trigger you too)

  • Now write about it, why does this feeling come up? When does it start? What does it feel like?

  • Then pick a tool to learn:

  • Or find your own tool..whatever works for you!

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

4 ONE-MINUTE Habits That Save Me 20+ Hours a Week - Time Management For Busy People

This is especially for anyone who needs some strategies to become more productive. I use a lot of these for daily life too.

Remember being productive is not just about adding more time to do more work. You can be really productive and flip it to use the free time to do nothing. Time is the most important commodity that we have.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Mind Fluids

The artist and song for the week match perfectly. Mind fluids is someone I found a while ago but wanted to save for the right time. Lately, I have spent time doodling to calm my mind.

This little meditation practice is a fantastic way to be present and center yourself. It's a hack! (save this one for kids)

Mind fluids takes it to a different level where these simple lines and colour blocks turn into beautiful art.

Song of the week

I have so much love and appreciation for FKJ. His music transports you to some far-off place every time...and it's never the same place. This is magic! For this week save this song for when you need a break. Make some tea, grab those headphones and go stare at a wall or natureEnjoy! And if you are hearing FKJ for the first time then you are welcome :) My job is done here. Also here is one of my favourite home concerts by him.

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
