Hello friends and family!
Happy week everyone. I hope your March is wrapping up in the best way possible. Wow, can you believe we are one quarter into the year? That went by too fast!
Hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is "gratitude list"
Three months into the year and let's take a big moment for all the good things that happened. Gratitude for one's life is the best way to bring more joy and goodness into your life.
This week I want you to recap and really take the time to write down a list of all your achievements big and small. This can range from getting out of bed on time or making it to the gym 3 days in a row to some big promotion at work.
We often think that gratitude lists need to look like the 5 am club. It doesn't!
My current struggle is that my sleep is off track. I sleep at 3 am and wake up at 9 am or 10 am. I have been internalizing this to think that I am not productive yet after tracking my schedule and sleep, I found out that I use almost all waking hours until 2 am and my sleep is better than 71% of people tracking their sleep on this health app. Then why am I not grateful for this? Because I am putting myself into the box that only people who wake up earlier are productive and healthy.
What boxes have you put yourself into? I am currently working to unlearn this logic.
Task this week:
Make a cup of tea and grab a notebook or your journal.
Write down all the good things that happened and the things that you did which made you proud.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
6 Steps to Improve Your Emotional Intelligence | Ramona Hacker
This past weekend I got the chance to attend an amazing session on emotional intelligence and the important of this in regard to longevity. The correlation is an instant match. Higher stress comes from the inability to regulate your emotions and to choose when to get emotional. Higher stress leads to different health conditions and can lead to early death.
The key then is to master your emotions. Where are you on the scale of 1 to master level with your emotions?
I am far off but aware enough to work on it.
Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Anna Ćwik
Not all artists create on paper. Meet Anna Cwik, she is an installation and concept artist. I love concept art for the way they reimagine the world we live in. It could be using mushrooms for furniture or hands to create birds that form a symbol of peace like Jordanian artist, Mai Qaddoura.
The beauty of artists is that they have this space daily to reimagine the world in beautiful and thought-provoking scenes. We should steal this concept for daily life...let's reimagine it all for a better future.

Song of the week
Energy for April. I heard this band recently and was surprised it was a contemporary salsa band. Most of the salsa music that I listen to is from the 70s. But this is fresh and sounds like the songs I love. If you want a quick 30 min break, watch this Tiny Desk concert, and of course, if you can dance, get up and start moving!
Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
