🌿What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 118 ⭐

Hello friends and family!

Happy Sunday morning from me. I am well rested and back to health. Remember how I was cutting down my schedule... well my body decided to join in on Thursday night and I was completely sick. (I need to be more careful with the words I use with the universe for sure, I accidentally manifested illness).

Anyway, let's get to it...

Hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is "emotionless decisions".

One of my new ideas is the concept of emotionless decisions.

Full disclaimer this is something I am working on in my life, so sometimes I get it right and most times not.

Have you ever had to make a decision that seemed to take extra time out of your life because of the constant conversations and debates in your head? Recently I decided to observe and remove the emotions from this. It was inspired by a friend's reaction to a question on stress and emotions, where he defined it as a

waste of time to stress and he just doesn't do it.

I was surprised. I don't know any adult that lives a stress-free life. There seems to always be something to stress over. Work, health, family, money, relationships...the list is endless. But here is a human who chooses to not partake in this.

Now it could be programming or just the way he is made up. But I know you can learn these behaviors, so I am challenging myself to start learning this. How I can stress less and make more emotionless decisions.

What if everything is a yes or no?

(A hell yes or fuck no, in the words of Mark Manson).

Task this week:

  • Let us both make a list of all the decisions and how we responded to it.

  • For myself, I am tracking my stress triggers and hopefully will get time in May to start working on this. Feel free to join me if you are in the same boat!

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Why you should use your nicest things, every day!

Back with another video from Rajiv, whose spirit reminds me of my dear friend Irina. This man is a gem in the world of productivity and goals.

A beautiful reminder that you should use your nice things.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Rodrigo Reynosor

Another amazing artist from Mexico.

I can't believe I am still finding artists.

I wonder if this newsletter will be the reason I live until 100 because I need to find artists each week. :)

I love his work because each piece draws you in curiously to imagine the destinations of these people. A moment of people-watching.

Song of the week

This song brightens my day every time I hear it. Thee scared souls have been on repeat since I found them. If you like music from the 70's with a clean, classic sound. Go binge this band. For this week, headphones one and lie back and daydream while listening to this magic.

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
