Hello friends and family!
A very happy Mother's Day to all the amazing moms out there, hope you are having a kick-ass weekend. You are in store for something delicious this week. This musician is incredible. I want to pause for a moment to appreciate the 122 weeks of new music and this one little newsletter where I get to share my journey with you.
Alright, let's go!
Hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is "rewording words"
I saw this in a friend's Instagram story and had to share. We all know that the words we use are powerful but how aware are you really of the words that you use on a daily basis?
There is a difference in the way we view a situation if we change our language about it.
For instance, I have to write this newsletter each week VS I get to write this newsletter each week.
The same with I have to work out each week VS I get to take care of my body in the best way possible by giving it 1 hour of fitness per day.
Small changes in our daily language can boost our motivation and outlook for getting things done.
How many situations can you redo with new energy if you changed the language?
My first change today was to update the label on my to-do list from done to well done. Instantly congratulating myself for all tasks completed.
Task this week:
Be aware of the language you use in conversation and to your self.
See where you can update the words and phrases that you use.
Document it, if this helps.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Maxence Doré
A gem in the art space. Meet Maxence Doré, a French artist creating this beautiful thought-provoking art. It looks like national geographic mixed with google earth on different planets. I was blown away by this and his illustrations. Go check out his website for more of his work.
Like a real landscape that we look at with delight because it is always changing but brings us so much peace, Maxence Doré’s work is a search for the beauty of life in opposition to the omnipresent pollution and the destruction of our planet.
His paintings invite us to question: the place of man in the Universe, the impact of the overexploitation of our planet, our link with Gaia, our Mother Earth."

Song of the week
Goosebumps! I got instant goosebumps listening to this man's concert on Tiny Desk. I don't even know which part to start with. His voice, the piano keys, the pacing ...everything is magic. This is the highlight of my week and I am very excited to share this one with you. For today take a moment, make this video full screen, and enjoy this musical journey.
Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
