Hello friends and family!
Another week and another issue down. I tried for Wednesday but hey, it's Sunday!
No apologies...let's get to it!
Hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is "relearn"
I had dinner with 2 friends this evening and we were discussing life and dating in 2023. Different perspectives, ways of life, world views, and ways of doing relationships created a very interesting conversation flow.
Which got me thinking about my way of doing life. We all get settled in doing life in a certain way then we bump into someone else with another viewpoint and we have 2 options:
Stay the same and continue along
Evaluate and make a change.
Now even though the outcome of the conversation was that everyone is different and we don't have a solution for the right way to do this. I do want to reflect on their points and make adjustments.
This got me thinking ...how many conversations do you have in your week which give you the opportunity to hear more perspectives on life?
Maybe this is exactly what the world needs for people to figure things out.
Task this week:
Find a conversation with people who don't see life the way you do.
You might find a gem or two.
If you are in KL ...Dose of Inspiration Events just launched. Hit reply and let me know if you are interested to join.

This week I am equally excited to share this inspiring woman with you. Meet my dear friend Kriska Pineda. This powerhouse of a woman from the Philippines is one of the most inspiring people in my life. The founder of Zen Feminism and on a solid mission to inspire in her own way.
This is her latest creation(s)...
Birthing The Mother Within

Unconscious & unresolved fears, biases & trauma stemming from childhood & outdated societal conditioning

The gnawing expectation to bear children regardless if one is unprepared financially & psychologically as a bare minimum

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Nikhil Tricam
With every new piece he creates I am beaming with happiness. Meet artist Nikhil Tricam from South Africa. This guy just oozes creativity and skill. An architect and artist he went from creating beautiful homes and buildings to art, products, tiles, and more.
One of my favourite artists to follow because I knew him as a kid, then a student at uni, and now I get to see him grow and shine.
I love the pivot to products for him as this creates more longevity and wealth from this space. A tip for all artists.

Song of the week
Masego has become one of my go-to favourite artists for his flavour and sound. Every collaboration hits the soul in a different way but is equally good. Feels like an Anderson Paak but for the chilled music lovers. This week turn it up and get up and dance. You made it almost halfway through 2023 and I am very proud of you for all the hard work, the days of not wanting to do life but still getting up and proceeding onwards. If this song is not the one, find your favourite song and get up for a celebration of you dance! You deserve it!
Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
