Hello friends and family.

Hope your week has been amazing. We have successfully wrapped up July. That’s it, 7 months of the year done. How’s your heart doing so far? - Take this moment to check in with yourself to see how you really feel.

Now take a deep breath in and let it out completely. Release whatever is troubling you.

The theme of this week is “space in the world for everyone ”

There are so many different roles in this world and all are equally important. Working in a tech/marketing space it may sometimes seem like roles like these are the only paths for life. The main ones are to make a stable income and a good career growth path. 

However this weekend I got a chance to witness my friend Irina’s first DJ set where she created an ecstatic dance and meditative space.

Halfway through I looked around to see people flowing with the music, some lying down and some releasing emotions through dance. It is a sacred space and for those 2 hours, we were given an opportunity to breathe, release, dance, and just be.

My biggest ah-ha was that the world needs more spaces like this, especially in a world where tech, marketing, social media, and advertising play a big part of curating our lives and the stress that goes along with it.

We need healers, artists, poets, writers, meditation teachers, and people who create spaces of peace in this world.

Your task this week:

• Carve out some time this week to find a space of peace. Let’s start August off in a calm and balanced way.

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

I am still amazed that I am finding great artists like this. Meet Joshua Lawyer, an artist from a graffiti background who creates these soft beautiful pieces. I spent too much time looking at his art today. Hope you take a few moments to go enjoy his work too.
