💫 A Dose of Inspiration
Hello friends and family,
I hope you are having an amazing start to December. Sending you the biggest hug from Chile. I am on a little detour from the universe and ended up in a magical city, filled with art, murals, live music, and amazing people.
The theme of this week is “What if”
Another week of wandering around a new city… I love being in new spaces, it allows my mind to wander and shift through all its random thoughts while I observe new things. This city is like a blank canvas for me to process life.
One of the things I noticed in this past week was my mind shifting into a “what if” thought pattern.
What if I don’t get a visa for Colombia?
What if this bag that I have my laptop in breaks?
What if I am alone on Christmas?
What if I don’t have wifi next week?
All possible, some random but it was a loop of these thoughts and after some time I got sick of it and realized this was just slowing me down mentally and draining my energy. If anything happens I will deal with it then.
No need to stress about things that have not happened yet.
We often don’t pay attention to the script that is running in our heads. Sometimes it can be good but it can also be negative depending on how well you have trained your mind and what you are surrounding yourself with.
Your task this week:
Pay attention to the script running in your head.
Observe if this is positive or negative.
If it’s negative let’s flip this to a hype voice and make this more positive.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
The #1 antidote to aging
This is probably one of the most important videos that I have shared. I crossed paths with a beautiful friend in her 40s who reminded me of a few health points this week. This one conversation with someone who is health conscious made me reevaluate my health and lifestyle. Adding more movement, more vegetarian/ vegan days, and more consciousness to it all.
I want to be dancing salsa at this level until I am 100 - This is my why…have you found yours yet?
🎨 Artists Who Inspire
Li_ilustraciones

The perfect artist for this week’s issue. I was walking around the city and found a small street with this gem. She created this line work of Valparaiso. The temptation to buy one of her large-scale art was too high. I am pinning for my future home.
Anyway, if you are heading to Chile and need a good piece of art reach out to her.
🎶 Song of the week
You may remember Andre 3000 from Outkast and “Hey Yeah”, that was a very different vibe in the ‘90s and early 2000s. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago and he drops this gem of an album. An entire flute album, as if he knew the world needed it.
When you are done with this song, go find the full album, grab your headphones, and go lay in the sun. Let this take you on a magical adventure.
Also …come down the rabbit hole with me and listen to this magic.

This is Valparaiso, Chile.
Final thoughts:
I have been surrounded by travelers in these cafes. I love the mix of people, young and older travelers sharing stories, swapping tips, and sharing routes.
Today I observed 3 men of different ages having a conversation. One finished his masters, one was on a break from uni, and one was deep into his 30s and saved up for 7 years to do this trip. They shared stories about dating while traveling, the anxiety of what to do next after studying, tips on long-term travel visas, and advice for dealing with life. These 3 humans just met, yet spoke as if they had known each other for years.
Advising from a place of care and accepting it from a place of wonder.
A variety of views, backgrounds, culture, and experience merges in the cafes, hostels, bars, and walks around new cities. Then we walk away with a better understanding of the world and maybe if we are lucky …we understand a little more of ourselves.
“What is that you express in your eyes? It seems to me more than all the print I have read in my life.”
