Another year of life to turn it into anything you want. To make it into something amazing, to turn this chapter into the best and healthiest version of your life. To fill it up with beautiful moments of joy, things that matter to you and to surround yourself with people who inspire you, love you, and lift you.

This is your life, your year, your chapter…what are you going to do about it?

Your task this week:

• Think about your year, take a piece of paper, and write down what this year looks like for you.

• This is all a choice, you can choose to live boldly, choose better habits, better fitness and food choices, and you can learn anything on YouTube. Everything you need is one search away.

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

I walked into a few art galleries here in Mexico City. I can’t believe the talent in this city, from the casual art galleries to the beautifully curated spaces. This city is a haven for great art. I am excited to uncover it all.

Meet Pedro Friedeberg, he creates large-scale artworks full of details. It’s something you need to see in person to fully appreciate his work. This level of effort for 1 artwork is inspiring.

Was brought back to the magic of Kirk Franklin and for those who were around for his first famous song “STOMP”, you know the power of his words. I have been binging his songs and his collaborations online. This is one for your soul. A real gem to remind you of the higher power (whatever higher power you believe in …and the strength in leaning onto something greater than you).

With a big part of the world in chaos …let’s keep grounded daily, keep our mindset strong, and move forward. We have no other choice.
