🌿 What Would You Do If You Were Inspired? Issue 159
💫 A Dose of Inspiration
Hello friends and family,
We have arrived 😊! Happy February! I hope you are doing amazing and that your week is starting or ending well. A big hi from Oaxaca, Mexico. Still can’t believe I am living this reality/ dream. Anyway…let’s jump into this week’s inspiration.
The theme of this week is “time blocking”
I have covered this before in an earlier issue but as we are kicking off a new year, it’s a good time to bring it back for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed with everything that they need to do or get done.
Having control over your time and schedule is one of the most valuable life skills. You can get so much done and in a much calmer state if you use this one method.
In simple terms, it means creating blocks of time in your day to get things done. First, you batch all similar tasks together, then you create a block of time to get it done. It’s literally that simple. The biggest task here is sticking to the schedule. But if you do...you will achieve so much more in a week.
I’ll leave this guide from the To-do list app for a full explanation if you need it.
Your task this week:
Take a look at your week, are you feeling okay with the way it’s going?
See any space for improvement?
Maybe time blocking is something that can help you.
The aim is not to get more work done…the aim is to get more time to do the things you want to do in life!
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

🎨 Artists Who Inspire
Aidee De Leon

The beauty of this city that I am wandering around in is that almost every street has an amazing art gallery. Today I found this gem. Meet Aidee De Leon, an artist from Mexico City. Honestly, these shots of her work do not even come close to capturing the magic and scale in real life.
I wish I could take you with me as I walk around here ….
Anyway, this collection is vibrant and colourful. Saving this artist for my future home.
🎶 Song of the week
The sounds of Mexico, playing in the cafes here. This one keeps popping up, adding to the magic of this city. Again I wish I could teleport you all here to join me in a cafe, or a walk around the city at sunset…it’s pure magic.
But for now …grab your headphones and enjoy this one.

Final thoughts:
I wish we were taught to love ourselves entirely from day 1. Imagine getting up and looking in the mirror and seeing goodness. Imagine if we started looking at ourselves with the same love and appreciation that we see in the humans we love! …Let’s start this today ❤️
