Hello friends and family,

Sending you a huge hug today. I hope your day is good, your weekend was amazing, and that your soul is at peace. Life has been an interesting mix of adventure, busy work, and magic on this side. Flipped my schedule to make Thursdays into a Sunday and allow space for exploration and fun. As great as this is …it takes some getting used as if my mind and body are accustomed to a 5-day consecutive week. Another thing to unlearn on this adventure of life.

The theme of this week is “LOVE”

Yes, we are doing it because it’s February and it’s Valentine’s Day in a few days.

What is your definition of love?

• Is this for one person only or can you love many?

• Is your friendship love the same as romantic love? Is it equal or more?

• What is the extent of your love?

I was having this conversation with a good friend of mine. (We say we are soul mates but on a non-romantic level.) I asked him if he knew a word to describe the love I feel for a friend that is greater than romantic love…. (He gave me this)

English doesn’t have the range of language I need to describe the enormous emotion that comes up when I think of some of my friends. It’s love on an entirely different level and feels much greater than a romantic kind…

Anyway …how do you describe love? How do you show love? How can you show love more? What do you need to feel loved? Who needs to love you more?
