🌿 What Would You Do If You Were Inspired? Issue 168
💫 A Dose of Inspiration
Hello friends and family,
Welcome to April and the start of another great month. How are you? Hope life is going well and that you have enough energy for this next chapter. I am in a new city, focused and ready to deep dive into work and admin for this month.
The last 3 months were all about setting up healthy habits, learning Spanish and enjoying a slower pace of life. Now it’s time to turn up the speed of life and make some magic.
The theme of this week is “Creative Energy”
What if you could restart life right now, with all the skills you want, all the passion you need, and in the exact thing that you wanted to be doing…
What would that be?
Take a moment to really think about this. What would you be doing and what do you need to have to do it?
Now that we have this idea and full picture, what stops you from building this today?
Your task this week:
Take action on one thing that can move you forward to this life goal.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
🤙🏾 Inspiration Labs
Inspiration Labs is a 1-hour call where we dive into your project, career, life, or big dream. This free session is to gain clarity, dream bigger, and walk out with 1 action step to start moving forward. This is the value I am adding back to the world 💫
I will open new sessions weekly for this. To have this available to everyone, you are allowed 1 session only. (Sorry I wish, I had all the time in the world to only do this but I have to work too)
I love this breakdown of what it takes to become an expert in something. Now your passion can be gardening, cooking, ceramics, or working out, these principles still apply. Take a few minutes and enjoy this one.
🎨 Artists Who Inspire
Narsiso Martinez

So happy that I found this artist. Meet Narsiso Martinez from Oaxaca, who creates these portraits of farm workers. His story is inspiring > Read it here.
He creates not only art but also awareness around undocumented farm workers and their impact on the lives of those who consume food produced in the states. Art for change, would be a great exhibition someday.

🎶 Song of the week
First pause… grab some headphones and go lie on a couch to dream. Think about your life in the next 5 years while you listen to this song. Dream big and think about some of the best possible outcomes for your life.
Next, replay the video and watch it until the end. It’s beautiful!
✈️ Travel Inspo
“to travel is to wash your eyes”

Frida Kahlo’s home, Mexico City. The passion and dedication to her art is truly admirable.
Final thoughts:
Don’t get stuck! Don’t get stuck in your ideas, trapped in your ways, and stuck in what society expects from you. Just don’t do it.
If you find yourself stuck, take a moment to breathe and reevaluate what you want to be doing right now, take action, and move.
Just don’t get stuck! Life is too short to be stuck!
“First forget inspiration. Habit is more dependable. Habit will sustain you whether you're inspired or not. Habit will help you finish and polish your stories. Inspiration won't. Habit is persistence in practice.”
