💫 A Dose of Inspiration
Hello friends and family,
Sorry for the delay with last week’s newsletter, life happened in a big magic way and I went with it. It was beautiful and now we have a delicious rebrand made by the most amazing human - Ruth from Ultraviolet Coaching! She is awesome!
I can’t even explain what it feels like to have someone get your brand visually and so beautifully in such a short period. It took her under an hour, one Pinterest board, and the theme song of DOI. It makes a difference when you have the skills behind you to get things done. Anyway…hope you love it as much as I do!
This week's theme is “Rebrand”
I feel like this year is a whole new chapter, not only for this newsletter but also for my life, health, relationships, style, and fitness. A rebrand and also a circle back to me from 20 years ago.
Do you ever feel like you have outgrown a previous version of yourself?
What if we do this intentionally? Think about an aspect of your life that you would like to rebrand and then take steps to create that image.
This can be with anything …
Your task this week:
Take a piece of paper and journal about this…If you could rebrand one piece of your life what would it be and what changes would you make?
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
🤙🏾 Inspiration Labs
Inspiration Labs is a 1-hour call where we dive into your project, career, life, or big dream. This free session is to gain clarity, dream bigger, and walk out with 1 action step to start moving forward. This is the value I am adding back to the world 💫
I will open new sessions weekly for this. To have this available to everyone, you are allowed 1 session only. (Sorry I wish, I had all the time in the world to only do this but I have to work too)
Half the energy of this guy …is what we need to move the world forward. There is a lot to unpack in this video but I will let you enjoy it and find meaning on your own.
🎨 Artists Who Inspire
Kei Meguro

When I see pencil art I always think back to Brian and how focused he is when he is lost in the flow of creating. Not sure if you remember this amazing artist from many issues back. Here is his IG, go take a look so you see what I mean.
Anyway, I recently found Kei Meguro from Japan and was stunned by her talent. Such delicate shading and lines. Another one for my collection of artists.
📹 Take a look at her studio space, you may find inspiration for a creative space of your own.
🎶 Song of the week
This is the ultimate throwback …excuse the intro it was made for DJs back in the day before songs were beat-matched and you needed an intro to give you some time.
I got the sweetest message from a subscriber thanking me for last week’s dose of inspiration, where the topic was setting big goals …and I wanted to share my first big goal with you.
Not many know and if you meet me now or work with me as an adult you might never imagine these two realities being one. But at some point early on in my teens, I had a giant dream that I was obsessed with …This dream led me on a path to independence, travel, music, and a deep love for living life.

Meet baby Pravina at 20ish years old playing her first set in Taiwan.
If you meet me now or only know me for the last few years …you might not have any idea of the crazy journey I have been on. I have come a long way from dropping out of university at 19 for this music-obsessed dream…
But anyway …the point was to remind you to keep dreaming big …because you never know what life has in store for you. Dream big and take steps forward in any direction. At some point, it all works out!

“After receiving this message from his spiritual leader in Istanbul, Turkey, at the age of just 30, Gift of the Givers founder, Dr Imtiaz Sooliman, immediately heeded the calling… and continues to do so to this day.
Following that life-changing day in 1992, Dr Sooliman returned to South Africa, left a flourishing career as a medical doctor and established the Gift of the Givers Foundation.
In the intervening years, he has travelled to some of the most desolate, war-torn and disaster-struck areas of the world, heading relief missions. Through his work with Gift of the Givers, he and his teams have responded to the needs of countless people affected by a wide range of natural and man-made disasters, such as floods, famine, tsunamis, earthquakes and wars.
He has facilitated the establishment of hospitals, run clinics, created agricultural schemes, dug wells, built houses, developed and manufactured an energy food, renovated fishing boats, offered scholarships and provided food and shelter to millions.”

Thank you for joining me each week on this dose of inspiration. Thank you for showing up and opening this when you need it and thank you for reaching out and sharing your journey with me.
