🌿 What Would You Do If You Were Inspired? Issue 184
💫 A Dose of Inspiration
Hello friends and family,
It’s been a 2-week break for me with this newsletter. Sundays are not the best to get this done anymore, actually most of my schedule does not work for life at the moment, so I will be making some changes. You will receive this earlier in the week moving forward. Thank you for reaching out to ask about it, I feel the love and support.
This week's theme is “Redesigning life”
Somewhere along the last 2 weeks life has shuffled itself, I have moved dance classes, social times, work productivity, and creative zones all feel misaligned. It’s a huge sign that everything needs to be redesigned. Which is signaling for something greater coming up that I need to be prepared for.
Have you ever felt like this? What is your usual method with this unease?
For me, it’s a total redesign of everything. I sit down with my calendar and figure out what needs to be shifted, moved to a better time, and what do I need to let go of.
For example: Leaving this for the weekend does not work anymore. I am training hardcore on a Saturday and Sunday does not energetically match with me sitting behind a laptop and working, even for an hour. So all laptop stuff will need to be closed off by Friday.
Another thing was dance classes, I moved all workout and dance classes to 1 day. At first seemed crazy to have boxing and an advanced salsa class on the same day but 2 weeks in and my body has adapted to this new day and it frees up evenings in the week.
Monday is a very long deep work day which will kick off with this newsletter and usually ends well after midnight. I have also made a mandatory workout block on Mondays to balance out all this desk time.
Anyway it’s a constant redesign of everything when the energy feels off and I start by asking myself “ What is a better way to do this”
Your task this week:
Take a moment to ask yourself …” What is a better way to do your schedule..” Maybe there are spaces to make changes for the better.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
🤙🏾 Inspiration Labs
Inspiration Labs is a 1-hour call where we dive into your project, career, life, or big dream. This free session is to gain clarity, dream bigger, and walk out with 1 action step to start moving forward. This is the value I am adding back to the world 💫
I will open new sessions weekly for this. To have this available to everyone, you are allowed 1 session only. (Sorry I wish, I had all the time in the world to only do this but I have to work too)
4 months left of the year, I know we all have things that we said we were going to do or start. Hope this video gives you some motivation to get going.
FYI the video cover is nothing like the video..they could have made this one better! Enjoy!
🎨 Artists Who Inspire
Juan Ruiz

This is a very interesting artist and I know exactly which subscribers will find joy in this. Thank you Luisa for sharing this artist and his work with us. Meet Juan Ruiz, an artist from Spain.
I really enjoyed seeing his style transform and I love his technique, there is something magical here. Not gonna lie, the subjects of his art don’t capture me much so I would love to see his work in 10 years as he grows.
Anyway …you take a look and see if this is your vibe.
🎶 Song of the week
One of my favourite transformations has been with Andre 3000. This artist set off as a pop duo and followed his creativity to new heights. This is album is different from the “Hey Ya!” era of music.
I would say save this when you need to lie back and relax. But I am using it as a soundtrack to focus, so whatever fits your mood with it, do that!

“This woman's name is Ganeshi Devi. She is 94 years old (Jesus!!) and is still working in her fields almost everyday (in Urgam Valley, Uttarakhand, India). I visited her a few days ago and she was speaking a lot about life. Basically, she had one advice:
"If you are satisfied and grateful for the small things in life, God will give you more. If you always seek for more and you are never satisfied with what you have, God won't give you anything."
Side note from me: I guess for some the word "God" can be replaced with "Nature", "Universe", "Mother Earth", "Consciousness", "Universal energy" etc whatever it is you believe in.
I think that this is simply beautiful. Especially because these people don't have much in terms of materialistic value but they are rich in nutritious, organic food, clean water, fresh air, and living in tune with nature. In our modern culture rich usually money or material possessions, which is actually a false kind of richness that will never satisfy us. “
✌🏾 Pay it forward

❤️Made by Dr Imtiaz Sooliman

“After receiving this message from his spiritual leader in Istanbul, Turkey, at the age of just 30, Gift of the Givers founder, Dr Imtiaz Sooliman, immediately heeded the calling… and continues to do so to this day.
Following that life-changing day in 1992, Dr Sooliman returned to South Africa, left a flourishing career as a medical doctor and established the Gift of the Givers Foundation.
In the intervening years, he has travelled to some of the most desolate, war-torn and disaster-struck areas of the world, heading relief missions. Through his work with Gift of the Givers, he and his teams have responded to the needs of countless people affected by a wide range of natural and man-made disasters, such as floods, famine, tsunamis, earthquakes and wars.
He has facilitated the establishment of hospitals, run clinics, created agricultural schemes, dug wells, built houses, developed and manufactured an energy food, renovated fishing boats, offered scholarships and provided food and shelter to millions.”

Final thoughts:
I have done a digital-wellness challenge with BLOOM for the last month and wow was this eye-opening. The amount of time I spend on my phone is wildly insane. Have you ever tracked your phone use? Do yourself a favour and go look at your stats for a week.
Attention and time are our most precious resources yet we give them away so freely!
