🌌What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 19

Hello friends and family!

I hope you are having a beautiful Wednesday on your side of the world.

Before we begin please take a moment...close your eyes and think of the happiest moment in your entire life. Then open your eyes. (That's it! Just wanted to start this moment off in a great state of mind)

A warm

hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

. This week you are in for a treat!

The theme of this week is Emotion.

Last week I asked you to think bigger, bigger than you have ever thought before.

How did you feel? Was it scary or thrilling? Did you get a rush of adrenaline at the thought of what you can achieve or did you experience a moment of anxiety?

Whatever came up for you, know that I am proud of you for taking action to think bigger.

This week we are taking it one step further with

emotion

.

Have you ever noticed when you have to do something you have never done before, you get a burst of emotions which try and stop you?

  • What is your standard reaction to these emotions?

  • Do you let them scare you back into bed or do you rush full on ahead?

This fright or flight mode is there to keep us safe for sure but it could be the thing standing in your way of doing something great.

This week's task is to make a list of situations where this emotion has blocked you in the past. Here is my list

  1. Starting a new business - the emotion that came up was a feeling of "Who do you think you are to do this?"

  2. Meeting someone I like - the emotion that came up was scared (for multiple reasons, death, hurt, pain, fear), the emotion told me to run far far away.

  3. Hosting my first workshop - the emotion that came up was anxiety that no one would show up.

All these emotions are normal!

The most important thing is to recognize emotions and differentiate whether it's helping you or standing in your way, then move forward accordingly!

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

How big of an impact can you make in one life?

With this woman, that size is going to be enormous!

Meet Daniela Zapata!

A powerhouse and crushing it on the impact scale. Remember when I said to think big last week?

This is what she did. She created a foundation,

to impact the education of kids in Colombia.

Beyond Education

We are a bold mission of eradicating poverty (from the inside out) in the most vulnerable children.

This is the kind of bold courage the world needs to see change.

Right now they are

selected by

DoTerra and their foundation Healing Hands

(among hundreds of projects & foundations globally)

 to be part of their

Matching program

.

This means that every single dollar that they manage to fundraise for the children in the upcoming week will be doubled by DoTerra!

One small favour from me: Please share this link and information with others this week and help them raise this amount. - Thank you

Song of the week

An old one but such a great feel-good song! Shout out to my bestie Cara who always played Jack Johnson while cleaning the house for this introduction over 16 years ago. With everything that is going on in the world, I thought we needed something lighter. If ever the world feels heavy for you to carry...Grab your headphones, lie down, and listen to this song!

In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (You know who to thank for this one..haha Brian)
