🌠What would you do if you were inspired?- Issue 20

Hello friends and family!

If I gave you a plane ticket to anywhere... where would you go?

For me, my bags are ready for Mexico or Cuba. This pandemic has taught me some serious lessons on snoozing on dreams.

A warm

hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

. This week you are in for a treat!

The theme of this week is trust.

How often do you let yourself just trust that everything will work out fine? Without pushing or forcing something to work, just trusting that whatever is meant to happen will work out?

For a few weeks, I have been working on my coaching offer to get clients for June. I spent too many hours wondering if and where and how it would work out.

I knew that I wanted to start coaching and that I only had 4 spots open for June. All I needed to do was send out a message and create a post on social media to announce it.

Well, I did not even post about this yet but I am fully booked for June. This is the power of trust that I have forgotten about and that I hope this newsletter helps to remind you of.

My favorite quote from the book,

by Pablo Coelho is

“And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”

This is true! Time and time again. You just need to take the first steps towards the direction that you want to go.

For me, the first step was getting certified at the beginning of the year. The second step was committing to do the work.

The "universe" (or whomever you believe or don't believe in) will take care of the rest.

One task this week:

  • Think about what you want to achieve in June.

  • It's 4 weeks in this month and you can take some bold steps if you are ready.

(Drop me a message if you are interested in life coaching from me, I will open up slots for July later in the month and will have you at the top of the list)

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Can you create a movement to get people to seek discomfort?

Meet Thomas, Ammar, and Matt from Yes Theory.

I can't begin to tell you how inspirational these three are and what they have created it even more incredible.

So I will leave you with my favourite video from them, click

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Brian Morris

The last artist from the series of artists around me. This Malaysian artist is so humble about his talent that to this day I am still amazed he cannot see what I see when I look at his work.

Brian is one half of an artistic couple whom I had the pleasure of meeting last year. The unexpected magic happened on my birthday. If you don't know already, each year I gift myself a meeting with an artist to inspire myself for the coming year.

Last year my plan fell through but the "universe" made it happen again.

Anyway, back to this super talented artist. He is based in Georgetown, Penang for now, and just casually creating such masterpieces. Follow him on Instagram!

Song of the week

In the spirit of Africa day, here is some RNB from west Africa. Mellow enough for you to just chill with, and the perfect mix of beats to get you moving if you choose to dance. I dare you to sit still while this plays. Let me know if you can!

In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (Send good wishes to Brian for youtube being here)
