💫What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 22

Hello friends and family!

What a beautiful start to June! How did the check-in go? Are you on track, did you set some big goals? .... Remember the check-ins are points for reflection to see if any change is needed.

A vibrant,

hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

. This week you are in for a treat!

The theme of this week is health.

Please don't unsubscribe haha.

I recently signed up for a program about food psychology. It's 3 months and aims to teach you about food and what different foods do to your body.

Now firstly I love food. Ask anyone and secondly, it's my source of happiness. So I have never wanted to change it.

Until now!

So why now... well, First I heard a statistic about older people falling down and not being able to get up. This was the main reason for death later in life.

Second, I reached a point where I didn't feel healthy on the inside. Yes sure, I ate my favourite food and danced salsa for fun.

But this is not real exercise (especially since I am not dancing every weekend from Friday night until Sunday- thank you COVID) and eating biryani 4 days in a row is not healthy!

Then I realised it is up to me and if I wanted this, I needed to make some serious changes.

This week's task is to think about your health.

  1. Is the food you are eating healthy?

  2. Do you exercise?

  3. If you are like me, think about what do you want your health to be like?

Whenever I think about my health and fitness I remind myself that JLO is 51 and did THIS in 2020. Oh and Shakira is 43! So it's possible!

Part of Create A Life You Love is having the energy and good health to live it fully.

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Skate Aunty

Is there an age limit to doing things?

Nope!

Meet Oorbey Roy!

Talk about inspiring! This aunty is my goal. She is 46, a mum, a designer, and a skateboarder.

How often are we held back by things we think we cannot do because the "time" has passed?

You have your entire life to live, thrive, and try things. Don't let age stop you.

Artists Who Inspire

 Artist: Ramón Laguía

I want to live in this artist's world. Surrealist art is my favorite!

I saw the piece with the couple dancing and fell in love.

Meet Ramón Laguía an artist from Mexio. Inspired by dreams he creates this magic and steals our hearts.

This is the 22nd artist that I have found and introduced you to and I am curious...which one has been your favorite so far?
