Hello friends and family!
Welcome to another beautiful issue filled with inspiration. Did I ever mention how grateful I am that you opened this mail? If not, I am taking this line to say it.
Thank you!
Before I forget,
hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
. This week you are in for a treat!
The theme of this week is comparison.
How many times have you seen someone doing something and automatically felt bad about yourself or your life?
It's normal, we are human. But this is a real problem and with social media, this constant comparison is more prevalent in our daily lives.
I wonder how little kids will turn out if they don't have someone teaching them to see the beauty in themselves, see their value, and believe in their uniqueness first.
(To the parents and educators ...make sure that you are putting in extra effort to equip these kids in this department)
Do you have a practice to manage the negative comparison thoughts?
Here are 5 things to recalibrate yourself when this happens:
Notice the thought and what is it saying - "she is living life so well, wow I should really do more"
Recognise how you feel - I am feeling triggered and I feel like I am not enough
Take a deep breath
Reframe it and remind yourself ...You are amazing, your uniqueness is the magic the world needs!
Smile and continue living life your way!
The greatest power is having control over your mind! And the first step is recognizing that you are not your mind or your thoughts.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Can you pivot your career from stardom and still be successful?
Yes, you can!
Meet Russel Brand!
This is by far one of my favourite humans on earth! I love him for so many reasons, for his honesty, his authenticity, his curiosity, and for his ability to heal, grow and pivot his life.

This actor/ comedian became a voice of curiosity, understanding and is my go-to source for anything newsworthy.
His conversations with others are enlightening and he leads these with such charm and grace.
"Everything you see around you is a perception of a reality you created with your mind."
Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Mychael Hennig
Inspired beyond belief by this man and his work. It's not every day that I find an artist like this. One who instantly fills me with energy and life.
I usually get lost in space :)
Mychael's work is heavily influenced by nature and adds a dose of psychedelics to it. These are some of his milder pieces.
Again another artist in his twenties and I can only imagine what he will create in the future.

Song of the week
Wanted to find the right hype song this week and I went through 23 songs before I found this one. What a gem too! The right kind of morning energy. Save this one for when you need a cup of coffee or some good beats to get out of bed. But now GET UP AND DANCE!In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (A note of thanks to Brian for making this possible)
