๐ŸŒˆWhat would you do if you were inspired? Issue 24 ๐ŸŒˆ

Hello friends and family!

Smile! :) Now that we are both on the same page we can jump right in.

A quick,

hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

. This week you are in for a treat!

The theme of this week is all of you!

Yes like the John Legend song! Cheesy I know but it fits.

Do you love yourself? I mean all of you, the good parts, the bad parts, the shadow self parts ...just all of you.

Do you love yourself when you are annoyed?

Do you love yourself when you are trigger and irritated?

Do you love yourself when you mess up or say the wrong thing?

Do you love yourself when you look in the mirror?

  If not yet...let's start today!

This week's task is simple

.

  • Make a list of 50 things that you love about you and if you got to 50 easily then continue to 100.

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love. (the first step is loving you)

Can you love yourself when you don't fit the mold of what society says is beautiful?

Well now...let me introduce you to the definition of self-love.

Meet Harnaam Kaur.

I have seen her talks before and listened to her story, what inspired me the most was courage, bravery, and very evident self-love.

At 16 she made the bold decision to grow out her beard. - This is bravery.

Each day she shares her message with the world. - This is courage!

Her journey to this point has been far from easy but what an inspiration. This is the level of bravery and courage that little kids need nowadays.

(Instill in your kids that they are beautiful just the way they are; before the world lies and says they are not)

Watch these for an introduction to this powerful human.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Lauren Ys

Ah, such magic with this Artist! Thank you, Ranita for this gem.

I wanted an artist to fit this issue's theme; self-love and ownership of who you are. But I couldn't find the right one so I messaged my sister with simple instructions "please help me find an LGBTQ artist for this week", since it's the beautiful month of Pride around the world.

Thankfully we have this twin thing and she knew the rest without me explaining it. Lauren is perfect. I loved each piece and spent too long looking at the intricate details in her works.

"Lauren's work is influenced by dreams, mythology, death, comics, love, sex, psychedelia, animation and their Asian-American heritage."

Pure magic! Go dip into her world and add her murals to your bucketlist!

Song of the week

This voice! I don't have enough words to describe this woman's voice. Somi is a jazz artist on the level of Cesรกria ร‰vora. If you are looking for that soothing chilled mellow tone to your go listen to her music. I binged 8 songs and they were all good.

In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (A big shout out to Brian, who sponsors this youtube link)
