Hello friends and family!

A quick,

hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is MVP.

MVP three letters that have changed the way I think of products, and especially in terms of creating something.

So last week the idea was to think of something to create or build. Did you find your ideas? Well if you did, pick one (this is just to experiment on - no pressure).

Now, what do we do with an idea? Here is my process:

  1. Take the random idea and write it out in as much detail as I see it in my mind.

    1. Focus on what is it.

    2. Why do I want to do this?

    3. Who can it help or benefit?

    4. How does the finished idea look?

  2. Next, write down everything that you will need to make it happen

  3. Write down who can help you to make it happen (most times we don't know how to do everything but someone you know probably has this knowledge.

  4. Watch a bunch of videos on Youtube on this topic or idea to get a clearer picture. I do this after I have mapped out my idea because I don't want other views to change my initial idea.

  5. Now with the new knowledge that you learned, edit your idea to upgrade it.

That was Step 1!

  Now Step 2:

  • Create an MVP - 'minimum viable product'. This is the leanest model of your idea that you can now test with people.

I want to give you all the steps but I want to save more for next week.

In the meantime, I would love to hear your ideas and what you came up with, so if you are on this journey, hit reply at the end of this newsletter and mail me!

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

 Artist: Archan Nair

I think I am in love! The words came out of my mouth when I saw these pieces. Then I read his bio and found another one. Self-taught artist!

Right, what is stopping you from creating your art, your product, your idea?

"...influenced by the mysteries of our existence and how every action, emotion, and our interconnectedness in a universal scale sets of a chain of reactions.. which we experience from the micro to the macro scale."

Song of the week

I love the moment when I hear a song and get goosebumps! This was it, this moment with this song. It was the first song I listened to and was immediately hit with awe! It has that magic that I search for. Then I found her...Oumou Sangaré. Born in Mali (West Africa) and in her 50s. This woman is a powerhouse, besides being an artist, an activist, she owns a hotel, a car company, and agricultural spaces. Such strength and inspiration! For this one, lie down and turn it up... enjoy the instruments and her voice!

In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (Gracias Brian, with your comment there would be no Youtube link)
