Hello friends and family!
Happy September! We have arrived and officially crossed into almost the end of the year (hahaha). It's a joke but also it's the truth!
Some perspective for you, it takes 34 weeks to cross into September from Jan 1st.
(The year is not that long when you break it down into weeks)
Okay, let's set off on this adventure! A big,
hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
. This week you are in for a treat!
The theme of this week is Breathe!
Yes, one word but it means so much and can solve all your problems.
A bit of backstory: This past weekend I was working on a project and a few things went wrong. After about the 5th task that did not work out, I became frustrated and could not see this entire project working out.
Has this ever happened to you?
A friend reminded me to breathe, not just the normal breathing that we do unconsciously but a deep pausing breath, where I take a break, get some distance, and new perspective.
Often in life, we are so busy trying to figure out "how it will work" and doing the tasks, that we don't pause and look at the bigger picture.
The bigger picture is trusting yourself to figure it out and having faith in whomever you believe in that they have your back with this.
Task for this week:
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: ArtByVery
Meet Veronica Casillas, she is a mother, a wife, and an artist and she created these artworks which I want in my home someday.
Such cute characters which she turns into stickers too. Seeing her work and the influence of Mexican culture made me realize that I need to find more artists sharing their cultures in their work, not only to share with you but to inform myself as well.
Too many artists in the world and not enough lights being shown on them to highlight their work....
Click on the links below to check out and support her work.

Song of the week
This is one of the best songs I have heard in my entire life. Seriously and I listen to a lot of music! The intro, the first beats, the rise, and the vocals, later on, the message in the song...absolutely everything about it is perfect!I hope you enjoy this gem! Get up and if you feel it, grab a drink and relax if you choose that too, or save it for when you need a pick me up!
In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (Once again, you can thank Brian)
