The theme of this week is Friendships. 

This came up a few times over the last week and I thought why not cover it here too. 

What makes a good friendship?  

In a conversation with someone, the idea of having good friends came up as a concern for her.  This is not the first time I have had this conversation, it has come up many times when people hear my travel life and are surprised that I still have many of my good friends in my life. 

So what is the secret to this? 

Well, there is no secret, having good friends comes from being a great friend and choosing the right humans for your inner circle. 

This week's task: 

• Make a list of all the good friends in your life and send them a message of gratitude to highlight the years/ weeks/ months of friendship. 

Remind them how amazing they are and how much you love having them in your life!

Life is short so love the ones you have while you have the time!  

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
