The theme of this week is Perfect Moments! 

Take a moment to close your eyes and think about a perfect moment in your life.

• Where was it and what happened?

Was it by accident or was it planned? Most times these moments happen by accident. Things just line up - a good song, the right people, great food, a sunset..everything comes together like magic!

I love these moments. 

Last night I had one of these. I bought a new mat for my room and at the end of my evening (super unconscious of it all), I lit a candle, had music playing, made a cup of tea, and started pacing up and down on this new soft mat while reading my favourite newsletters. 

Halfway through the newsletter I stopped and realised I was experiencing a perfect moment, ordinary to most but perfect to me!

And just like that, a new ritual for happiness was born. I now know all the components of a perfect moment for me. 

Task this week: 

• Write down what your perfect moment is made of. 

• Now schedule some time this week to create it for you. 

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love. 

I am all about setting goals but I know the flipside of toxic goals and pressure to attain them. This one is longer than usual but worth it if you are in the mood to plan some goals.

 Artist: Ketevan Bzikadze 

It's like a diamond in a sea of beautiful stones. This was my excitement when I found Ketevan on Instagram. Her work is so detailed and filled with nature, patterns, colours, and life. 

Another doodle artist carving her own space in this world. There are so many great artists in the world and I love finding those who are creating for themselves. Hidden gems making art, posting it online, and thinking it goes unnoticed. 

How cool is it that I am in Kuala Lumpur and she is in Georgia! Even better, I share her work and it spreads to America, the tip of Africa, hits different spots in Asia, Europe and then bounces to Brazil.  

All our lives intertwine for a moment :) Like magic!
