🌠What would you do if you were inspired?- Issue 40⭐

Hello friends and family!

Happy Wednesday! Here we are with Issue 40! I am excited for this. I did not expect this little test to last 40 weeks, but I am glad that it did! It showed me that I can be consistent. (I urge you to test out something that you have had on your mind for a while - try 4 weeks, then evaluate if you want to continue.)

A beautiful

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is age.

Two weeks into my new birth year and wow I love it. 37 is incredible. I can't stop raving about this new feeling and how mentally free I feel.

Not sure if it's this age or if it's my mindset!

What does getting older mean to you? Do you feel like you need to slow down? Should you become more settled? Do you move slower?

These are all questions I have floating around in my head before each birthday. Then with each new year I have a burst of energy and feel freer than before.

Now this could be all mindset and if it is ...then hey we have a solution.

What if, with each age you create the feeling, the level of energy, the model of living for yourself?

We don't have to live life the way society tells us too. We don't have to slow down if we don't want to. We can create a new way of life with each new birth year. One defined fully by you and how you want to live that year!

Task this week:

  • I want to challenge you this week to really think about your age and what definition of this age you have in your mind.

  • Now re-revaluate definition and redefine it into whatever you want it to be!

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

 Artist: Cecilia Paredes

One level above the rest. This multimedia artist from Peru brings us beautiful and intricate body paint. I am in love with her work.

I often lean towards a dreamy space niche when browsing for art I like then pieces like this hit me and I am reminded to look outside of my own box for more beauty in the world.

Where can you look in your own life for beauty outside of your box?

Song of the week

I can't begin to explain to you the beauty of this man's talent. His creations are pure magic. It's like art in the form of sound. Each note twisted within the melody and wrapped in the lightness of sound. Make a cup of tea and grab your headphones. This is one will need your full attention. Let it take you on an adventure!

In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it.
