Why wait for January to restart your life? We don't need to wait 2 more months to make those resolutions and to aim for new things.

Let's start now!

Pause for a moment, take a deep breath, close your eyes and think about 1 thing that you want to improve in your life. 

This could be getting fit, eating healthier, starting a new project, applying for a job or building a better relationship with someone. 

• Okay, do you have that 1 thing in your mind? 

• Great! Now what is stopping you from starting this now? 

This week's task:  Make a list of things that you want to restart. 

• List down everything you want to change, upgrade or remove from your life. 

• Then let's get to it and start ticking it off. 

This is your reminder that you can restart anything at anytime!

Great! I just fell in love again! This time with a textile artist. Her work is beautiful and each piece has such great magic! 

Okay to be honest this week I had a filter for my search, I wanted to find a Latina artist to celebrate and share. The universe did not hold back on it's magic when it sent me here because she is a street artist and activist too. You can read her full bio over
