The theme of this week is Cyclones. 

Don't worry not the real life kind but the energy that causes it. 

Recently my life has been a bit shaky with the foundation of my work, life and projects; leaving me feeling very uneasy about it all. Not sure if you ever had one of these moments in life where it feels like you have been in an earthquake and you just want to lie in bed and eat chips. 

But this is where I was until today when I decided to look for opportunities instead of the chaos and move forward in a fast motion. 

So within the first 3 hours of my day I had already posted to sell the last of my books, designed and printed new business cards for this newsletter and scheduled one workshop and podcast (both sitting in my to-do for far too long). 

The rest of the day was pretty much been the same. I moved like a cyclone and ticked off everything on my list. 

This brings us here ...

There are times to take things slow and move at a comfortable pace and then there are times like today, where you need to shift your energy, move like a cyclone and make things happen! 

  Task for this week: 

• Take a day to channel this cyclone energy and see how much you can move forward on your goals. 

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love. 

Not perfect but it's one small step forward :) Here's to meeting new people and growing this little newsletter!

Another week and I am in love! This love is super expensive though. Meet Onerob0t, an artist based in Germany who creates these beautiful digital pieces. 

Well I was hooked from the first image I saw. A quick glance at Opensea and I saw that his work is in the $4000 range. Let this be another reminder to any artist reading this to make the move to NFTs! 

On top of great art, the music is good too.

Ah this is a beauty! Wait for Dana's beautiful vocals..."I don't believe in love but I believe in you!"This has to be one of the best songs that I have found. It has an amazing band and the beat is sure to move you! It's the perfect song for getting ready in the morning.
