Hello friends and family!
And HELLO DECEMBER 1ST!
We did it and we are here. 11 months later we have entered into the final month of the year. Are you as excited as I am? (honestly with this new strain of covid, I am hyping myself up for no reason all the time) ....So YEAH December 1st!
A quick,
hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is Restructure.
Now, I am not sure where you are with the latest news of this baby brother of Covidtina but I am one foot off of the emotional rollercoaster that it sent me on.
About a week and a half ago I decided I would go back to South Africa. (I am currently in Kuala Lumpur and have been here since 2019) So since everything seemed to be calming down and due to the fact that Malaysia has a 7 day home quarantine... I made the decision booked a flight back to South Africa.
Great stuff! I made the plan, told my people and started buying gifts. Then Friday the headline "New strain of covid in South Africa"! (Not new strain of covid discovered by scientists in South Africa, which would more accurately describe it! But anyway - enough of this rant!)
Back to my story about covid's baby brother who shows up in my life like a cheating ex who declared his love for me! Within days flights are cancelled by airlines and there is no trip home.
Now what do you do when life is hit by covid's baby brother?
Play some good music and restructure your plans!
This is what I did:
I made a list of everything that was stressing me out and another list to match it with solutions.
I then spent 2 days crossing all those things off.
You see...life is unpredictable and this is a given! But we forget and think that all this is certain.
When the universe shakes up the foundation of your life...the best way to handle it is to remove all the little stresses that could cause you to break completely.
Before your December kicks off ......
Make a list of all the things that are causing you stress in your life.
Create a list of solutions that you can make happen today.
Then take 2 or 3 days and clear that list!
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Atonik Art
Another amazing artist. You know this one is shared purely out of love for this genre and for the greatness that I see in it.
I instantly fell inlove with this middle piece and I would have a giant version of this in an entry of a house. After this emotional and hectic week I find myself drawn again to magical art where possibilities are endless and dreams come true.
I wonder if these artists understand the lessons gained when they create art!
Couldn't find out much on this artist besides his instagram page ...but the quote in his bio brought a smile to my face
"I am not talented, I am obsessed"

Then save it for days when you need a reminder! In case you don't have Spotify, Watch it HERE on Youtube. (47 issues later and still thanking Brian)
If I Did, You Can Too!

Episode 3: Tatiana The Cancer Survivor
I don't even know where to begin with this episode. What an incredible story from an amazing woman! A good lesson from this one is that we should trust our intuition and gut feeling when it comes to our health. Enjoy this episode from Viv and Tatiana!
