🌠What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 48 ⭐

Hello friends and family!

Happy Wednesday! Here we go almost the final week of December. Haha okay I know we have a few more weeks until this year ends. But let's face it, we have about 2 weeks and then everyone needs their well deserved break. So...let's get to it.

A super warm,

hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is believe.

Yes! As the year comes to an end I am going to send you one last reminder to believe in yourself. If you are a parent let this be the biggest lesson you teach your kids.

The society and almost everyone around you as you move through this world might tell you you can't do something, you are lesser than your value, you are not enough and you need to do more to get more by their standards.

Let this be the reminder to believe in yourself, for yourself!

Each week we get a little closer to defining a life that you love and each week I urge you to take on one small piece to clear it out, to make a plan and to take action.

This week, I just want you to

believe in yourself!

Your Task:

  • Create a list of everything that you have done in your life. Write down everything that makes you proud of yourself.

  • Then write down a heading "I am proud of myself for..."

  • Next turn that first time into completed sentences using the prompt above.

  • The final step is to read it aloud to yourself!

Seal it in and make sure it's solid!

The only person who needs to believe in yourself, is you!

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Song of the week

Don't laugh! But this is the one song that makes me feel better and gives me hope when things are falling apart. This week you don't need to listen to this one but you do need to listen to your favourite song that makes you feel better. I am so grateful to music and how it can transform my space and keep me alive. If I think back to me at 16 who was obsessed with djing and how I would listen to music endlessly when life was falling apart. How the beautiful songs would give me life, or how Linken Park would get me through all night study sessions. Where would I be without music? I think I might not have had the energy to do half the things I did. What's your one thing? Hit reply at the end and let me know. (As the year closes off and I am still stuck in Malaysia, your replies will make these days better). In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (Hey Brian thanks for the almost decade of friendship!)
