Hello friends and family!
Happy Wednesday! I am back and it is Wednesday. I hope to never miss another Wednesday again. I have already made a plan and created a new system to have these newsletters done in advance. Not my usual style since I love writing it in the moment but I am more committed to having a great newsletter delivered on time to you.
So, let's do it!
Hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is festive fun.
Yes with the holidays coming up I hope you are taking a break and finding some time to create some special moments with someone special.
This is my second pandemic Christmas and another year I am not in SA or Taiwan. It's interesting to be human and watch these emotions rise and fall. Then watch yourself protect yourself from feeling anything and continue on with life. Being human is one interesting adventure for sure.
Here in Malaysia parts of the country have flooded and people have lost everything. Back home covid cases are rising and medical emergencies are real.
In moments like this there are 2 things to do:
Reach out a hand to help.
Be grateful for everything that you have.
There are no other options really. To sit and wallow in the reality of the world does not serve you nor will it help those who need it.
Your task this week while you celebrate all the holidays. Take a moment and see if you can,
Reach out your hand to help.
Be grateful for everything you have.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
The best motivation video | Brendon Burchard
Save this one. Trust me with this. I have been feeling stuck and exhausted and when I feel this way and need a boost to get back up, then I turn to Brendon Burchard. He has been by motivation mentor for years. Go find him on Youtube.
Artists Who Inspire

Artist Tag: #artvsartist
This week I have a treat for you if you are on Instagram! It's my favourite time of the year when artists share their top 9 pieces and their profile pics with the hashtag
#artvsartist.
There are thousands of great art online for these final weeks of the year. This is the perfect time for me to hunt for new artists for 2022.
In the meantime - go enjoy it.
These are 3 of my newest favourites:

Song of the week
Ohhh this beauty! Thank you, Ranita for sending this to me. I can't take credit for this one and I am forever grateful, what a beautiful voice and arrangement. Everything of this is pure gold. This feels like a Sunday morning, barefoot in the kitchen making a cup of tea or coffee and looking out at the ocean waves. How beautiful is it that we can wrap up the year with such a beautiful song!
In case you don't have Spotify, HERE is the Youtube link to it. (Gracias Brian for sponsoring this section)
If I Did, You Can Too!

Episode
This is the podcast I needed today. I love hearing artists talk about their work and their passion. Hearing Ali sharing his story and journey with his work and his interviews, especially him having a hard drive full of interviews haha (story of my failure this year), gave me hope.
Listen until the end!
Another great interview with Viv and Ali.
