The theme of this week is kindness.  

There is a backstory to this but I will keep it short. The world needs more kindness and more kind people for no reason.  

When did being kind and nice become a bad thing? 

I remember teaching kids kindness in kindergarten and elementary school and seeing so little of it in the high school students. When do they lose this? 

This is something that brought up a list of other questions: 

1. At what age do the words and actions of others start to change your opinion of yourself? 

2. What would be needed to make kids so rock hard that the words and actions of others do not affect them negatively? 

3. How can we teach adults who have lost this to reclaim kindness and niceness? 

For this week, let's find some ways to be kind and accept kindness with grace :) 

We are all walking each other home on this journey called life. Let's try and make it the best experience for everyone. 

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love. 

I will leave this here. I found it many years ago and had it saved for when I need a reminder of goodness in the world and it's impact on others.

A massive thank you to my sister for making my wish come true. I have had "create a playlist" on my to-do list for a while and she swooped in and made it happen. Ranita you are a star! Thanks for making this for us. One small task off my list but such a huge help in my world. This reminds me of the quote "We go further together".Enjoy the playlist, save it for days when you need a pick me up and share it with friends! 57 songs of goodness!
