🌿What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 63 ⭐

Hello friends and family!

Guess who jumped on a plane and flew across to the ocean back to Africa! (Me!) Currently sitting in a coldish Johannesburg surrounded by some of my favourite humans. I find so much happiness in being around them.

Anyway, I hope your week is going well. Are you ready for another mid-week break of inspiration?

Heads up, this week's challenge may shake things up for you.

HELLLOOOO and welcome to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a Dose of Inspiration and tips to Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is 'Nonconformity'.

Why do we often follow the path of others? Follow the happiness defined by someone else, the success defined by society, and continue down this path without questioning it.

I had a brief conversation on this and it hit me that I was conforming to the pandemic without realizing it. I had followed the rules because it kept us safe and that is good but it had a ripple effect on other aspects of my life... I had stopped living life to the fullest.

I had edited where I will go and where I won't. When before I would just go off on an adventure and find magic.

Now I know that this pandemic is far from over ...but that one conversation was a good reminder from the universe that it's time to live life again.

  Your task this week:

  • Think about how your life has changed in these last 2 years.

  • Is there anything that needs to be edited so that you are living life to the fullest?

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

 Artist: Maher Naji

How beautiful are these! Is this just the beginning...Can you believe after 63 weeks I am still finding incredible artists. Each week I am more amazed by these beauties.

Meet Maher Naji, one half of an artist couple (his wife Irina Maji is equally amazing!).

Maher Naji was born in 1963 in

where he completed school. He then went to Russia to finish his studies earning a bachelor's degree in art and a PhD in architecture.

Reading his bio gives me hope for kids growing up in less-than-ideal situations around the world.

Song of the week

This voice ... that's all! Joseph Solomon is my new favourite acoustic cover sound. Every song that he touches is like magic! It's like a beautiful summer day, when everything around you is perfect, the sun is shining, the people are happy and the music is good. This is how his voice makes me feel! I can get lost for hours in this...I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! This week headphones on to remove disruptions. Sit back, relax and soak in his voice. When you are done with that one...listen to this, then this.

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
