🌿What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 65 ⭐

Hello friends and family!

I will apologize for the shortness of this newsletter. It's a very busy week on this side with the reality and heaviness of life and death. So in honour of the energy of the week, I will bring you a lighter DOI.

A warm,

hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is 'loss'.

Why do we say "I lost my friend" when someone dies? As if we will somehow find them one day?

There are a million of these little things that don't make sense when it comes to death. 3 years after the death of one of my best friends I still sit and wonder about these things.

Yesterday I awoke to news of my uncle's death and these thoughts came back, one at a time, with my mind, trying to make sense of it all again... "I lost my uncle", "he is gone"...

  • The truth is you never fully make sense of death.

  • There is no reason to ask why.

  • We must just accept and move on with life.

The flip side of this is the celebration of life ...of their life!

Your task for this week...(if you lost someone you love)

  • Celebrate them! Go celebrate their spirit and life.

  • Throw a party, cheers to their laughter, and all the happy moments together.

Let's never forget ...We only get a short time on earth with the ones we love and while they are here we should love them hard and when they are gone...we should celebrate it all!

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

A tribute to all the amazing souls who left us here and went off on another adventure in a new life!

Song of the week

I wanted something beautiful. Music so beautiful that it would be an escape of sorts from the death, destruction, war, and reminder of loss. Meet Abdullah Ibrahim, a pianist from South Africa. This is 13 minutes of beauty, wisdom and inspiration. This week, sit back, put your headphones on and enjoy this piece of heaven.

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
