Hello from Jordan! 

Happy days :) Because I am not sure when exactly this will go out this week, so happy days! If you get this early ...great! If you get it late ...I am sorry. I am in Jordan for Afest, which is a beautiful event from Mindvalley. (Jordan is gorgeous and very different from South Africa, so being here is such a crazy experience. As always with new countries, I have the biggest gratitude and overwhelm because I still can't get over how I managed to create this life of travel).

The theme of this week is "Risk".  

This year the plan is to take more risks. If I listen to the energy of the world for me it is nudging me slowly to chase big dreams, say yes to adventures, and go forth and make things happen. 

Have you ever wondered what the best outcome would be if you took a big risk and tried to achieve your biggest dream? 

Take the moment right now...

What if your biggest dream came true? Close your eyes and imagine this, now hold onto the feeling.  

Achieving anything in life comes with the idea that you could fail. That is the risk. Failure is part of it. The idea is to get comfortable with failure and understand that you can focus on failure or focus on its success of it. 

Choose your outcome! My advice...take the risk. You want to eventually die knowing that you gave life your all. 

This week's task: 

• Think about your life and what big dreams you have.  

• What risks do you need to take to make it happen? 

• Make the list then start actioning it. 

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Of course, I have to find a Jordanian artist. Nissa Raas is from Amman and creates these beautiful pieces. 

They are beautiful and colourful. I am in awe at all the female artists I found when searching for this week's artist to feature. Jordan is such a gem and the more I google about it, the more I fall in love.

Song of the week 

Something different. Ash has become one of my favourite artists and it's incredible to get lost in this man's music. It's a journey and an experience. This week add some beautiful smells with candles or aroma oils, grab your headphones and lie down and relax. Let Ash take you on this beautiful journey of life!
