🌿What would you do if you were inspired?- Issue 72⭐

Hello friends and family!

I hope you didn't miss this too much. My apologies for this getting to your inbox a day later but yesterday I said yes to the adventure and magic of a new city. I arrived in Amman with the intention to carve out some time to write this newsletter but then like magic, I arrived on Independence day and the whole city was celebrating. So we had to join in :)

Hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is 'Optimism'.

This word was actually given to me by a traveler filled with more magic than you can ever imagine. He travels around the world collecting smiles and sharing some words (which align with exactly what you need to hear).

I had a profound experience last week which included a mild panic attack in a room full of people. The trigger was a moment of intimacy with new people. I froze and looked for the exit. My brain went into overdrive of every bad situation and then thankfully a new friend provided space for me to breathe and be.

Life takes work. I know that as hard as this moment was to live, it was needed to shine a light on what needs work.

Have you ever had a moment like this?

Triggers are our biggest teachers in life if we give them the right attention and space to unfold some answers.

  • The answer I got was optimism and I plan to lean into this more as I put myself into more uncomfortable situations.

The task for this week:

  • What is your word?

  • How can you lean into it more?

(Hit reply and let me know at the end)

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Maybe we need to start asking kids for advice on living more!

Artists Who Inspire

If you have been reading this newsletter from the start you will know that I LOVE this type of art. It stretches my imagination and opens up the possibility of a world reimagined. (If only it could be this way...is what my mind says)

Then I walked into the space I am staying in in Amman and I see this beautiful piece on the wall. It's a clear sign that I am exactly where I need to be!

 Artist: Mohammad Awwad

Meet artist Mohammad Awwad from Amman. I am excited to hear more of his story (yes I am meeting this artist in Amman). I will give an update next week on this.

For now, go dive into his Instagram and enjoy these beauties.

Song of the week

The sounds of Amman. I heard this in a cab yesterday and it's too beautiful to not share. For this week grab your headphones and relax. Enjoy this tiny treat from Jordan.

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
