Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is 'trust'.

This one is such a heavy topic with many strains that I am not sure I can do it justice in one newsletter...but I will try!

When and how is trust built? The trust I am referring to is about trusting the universe/ god to make life turn out great.

  • Also the trust for people and strangers...will you keep me safe or can I trust you completely with my heart?

  • And then we have a deeper level of trust in ourselves...do you completely trust yourself that you are making the best decisions for your life.

Trust is one thing that we are not taught and it is not outlined in a book for your to study.

You are just expected to know this. (Madness right, when you think about life...shouldn't this be a key skill taught in school).

  Your task this week:

  • Make a list of all the times when you don't trust yourself. (It takes me 3 hours to pick the right glasses for my face - true story and I need to call my sister. If I trusted my capabilities I would have been in and out of that store in 15 mins)

  • Next, we need to start building confidence in each one of these points. Pick one of the points from your list and redo it with full confidence in yourself.

  • it might be a small task but it's a giant one in terms of building confidence in your skills.

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

 Artist: Mai Qaddoura

This visual artist captured my attention with each piece. Meet Mai Qaddoura from Jordan. Her piece in the third picture was how I found her. I was stunned by the depth and power it had, those eyes told a story too heavy for words. I love her work.

With art, I go with my feeling...this one I love.

See her latest piece FLOATING

. Trust me, it's worth it and even better in person.

Song of the week

Back at it with the sweetest treat for your ears. Enjoy Olivia Dean's magical voice and concert. This week take half an hour for yourself, get your comfiest chair, and relax into this collection of songs. My favourite is 9:21 onwards .....like butter melting! 💓

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.

She Circle is finally launching its website, take a look below and join sometime!

BTW... if you are wondering what happened to Viv's podcast, I took a break from listening to travel..it will be back next week and we can both enjoy more episodes! I only post what I consume :)
