Hello friends and family!
Happy Thursday, so I have decided to give myself some grace and flexibility and allow for this to have a 48 hour window for it to get to you. You know I write this fresh each week for the last 75 weeks, nothing preplanned just on the spot (the way I like it).
Before I forget,
hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is "something new".
Something new was the theme of my last weekend so I thought I would share this with you. As I returned back from Jordan I could already feel the frustration with the monotonous routine of my life and the lack of fun things going on.
I noticed that I lived each day to the fullest when I traveled—completing work super fast so that I could explore. I would find a new place to work from, a new place to eat or grab a local treat from, I would walk down a new road, and at the end of each day, I felt like I had lived that day to the fullest.
Then I got to thinking, why do I only do this when I travel?
So this is how the theme for the weekend came about, I decided to do something new (West Coast Swing - a new dance), eat somewhere new (A new tea cafe), drink somewhere new (Leaf and co), and find a new way to get home. I even bought myself flowers, just because :)
And at the end of the weekend...I felt like I had truly lived it to the fullest.
This week's task is to do something new this weekend.
You can even take it to the extreme as I did.
Wishing you a well-lived weekend!
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Huntilanak
Look at this magic. I tell you the universe has heard my call for artists! These are actually ads to sell these beautiful corsets. But the artist took it a step further and created this surreal art.
My favourite kind of artists is the ones who push their own barriers. I am fully inspired to see how I can now, push forward my own barriers with things in creation, writing, work, and life.
Artist Huntilanak is from Malaysia, I don't know much except I need to meet him or her someday.
Big thanks to Shane for mentioning this page to me.

Song of the week
One of my favourite groups on earth. This is the magic of cultures mixing over time, a reggae feel brings peace and chill to any race. Here is a reggae vibe mixed with Spanish. Headphones on and turn it up. I feel like this song needs an ocean view and some good humans dancing on a beach. Enjoy this beauty!
Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
If I Did, You Can Too!

Episode 15:
Arash The Happy & Honest A**hole
Honestly, this is on the top of my list to listen to tomorrow. So for the first time ever, we will be listening to this one together.
I wanted to bring Viv's podcast back this week but my schedule has been so packed that I haven't had a chance to listen to this one yet. So instead of waiting, we can listen to it together.
Let me know your thoughts! Enjoy this episode of Viv and Arash.
