🌿What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 76⭐

Hello friends and family!

Another beautiful Wednesday and I am back with an incredible newsletter. Leonardo Dalessandri is back with another Watchtower and it's beautiful. (You will see later in this issue). For now, relax and enjoy the ride.

Hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is 'Reactions'.

I saw a beautiful quote earlier today ..."

You don't have to attend every argument you are invited to"

.

How true is this one ...and more importantly, how often do we forget this!

I was invited to an argument today, and of course, I am arguing for the good of the people, when I paused and caught myself.

  • Was this really necessary for this moment?

  • How productive was this? (Not very....especially since I continued it in my head afterward)

  • How can this have gone better? (My new favourite question to ask myself)

You see that quote is the truth! You don't have to attend every argument and you don't have to react to everything.

This is what meditation aims to teach us. It gives us the space to take a mental breath before choosing to react.

  • Now I have a long way to go before this becomes a way of life. But caution before reacting should become my mantra.

Your task this week:

  • See how moments call you to react...

  • Then see if you can turn down the invitation.

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Watchtower of China by Leonardo Dalesandri

He is my favourite. This is such a beautiful piece of art. I love everything about it! Somehow he captures everything from the culture and gets each detail in it as well.

Again, he is my favorite. ENJOY!

Artists Who Inspire

 Artist: Nora Zeid

Something different for your artistic soul this week. Meet Nora Zeid, an illustrator from Cairo. She creates these beautiful pieces.

What I really like about her work is that it stands out. When I see her work I can see her style. Maybe I have been stuck in the surrealist art cage for too long.

But then it's all beautiful right!

Check out this,

. It's one city a day, all places she would like to visit in the future.

The series is titled

With Love, From

and is now a series of stickers.

Song of the week

The song you didn't know you needed! I love this one. I would say add it to your morning playlist and have it on repeat for when you need it. I gotta thank Melanie for sending this one to me. Funny how when she sent it I was actually having a very off morning and then I heard this and it shifted the energy. I hope that it does the same for you! BTW: If life is a little heavy these past days or weeks, know that it will get better. You have to keep going, each day is a new day...claim a reset for yourself and turn it into whatever you want.

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.

If I Did, You Can Too!

Episode16:

Love this one! There are so many gems in this episode. As a traveller who returned home twice, I can relate a lot to this one. I don't want to spoil it for you... this is a nice glimpse of life in Iran from her perspective.

Another great one from Viv and Ghazale.
