🌿What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 81⭐

Hello friends and family!
Happy Wednesday, this is out a bit later than expected but for good reason...I was stuck on the perfect song. I hope your week is going well, mine is much better now that I found the song, had to dig deep into my old favourites for this one.
A beautiful hello and welcome to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a Dose of Inspiration and tips to Create A Life You Love and Go Live It.
The theme of this week is "a pause".
I had a coaching call today with an amazing human. I turned to her because I needed some solid unbiased perspective and coaching on a difficult situation.
The more I work in personal development, learn about coaching, coach others, grow older, and just observe the world around me... the more I want to take my time and not react to everything.
I don't stress to rush decisions and will happily wait for a calmer time, a clearer mind, and a neutral stance before I take the next step. (
Side note: I fully appreciate getting older, 37 is awesome
)
Too often we run around reacting to the world and others around us often causing more harm than good.
Task for this week:
See how often you catch yourself reacting to things.
Try and slow it down to pause.
Then see if this reaction is still a valid one.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Jenny will inspire you for sure this week. I love what she said about your body betraying you...enjoy this week's dose of inspiration for living.
Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Chiron Duong
Okay, this artist is amazing! How can I not fall in love here? Meet Chiron from Vietnam. This photographer and art director has just blown me away with his creativity.
I found three different Instagram accounts, one on dance like you see above, one on meditation images, and one on creative portraits. All epic in their own right. I love that he brings in Vietnamese culture and educates us all on this.
Go explore his work and dive into this creative genius.

Song of the week
This one is a bit old but still hits the soul in the best way possible. One of the best things about South Africa is Black Coffee. I love that everywhere I travel people know him and his music. He took African house music around the world. Enjoy Superman. This week headphones off and turn up the volume you need to get up and dance to this one!
Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
If I Did, You Can Too!

Episode 18: Daron The Armenian War Photojournalist
You want to hear this one! Daron has such an incredible story. I know this man and was still amazed listening to this episode.
Seriously take the time and enjoy this snippet of his life. Not sure if you remember but his wife's (Shushan) story was shared in
.
I just realized that this podcast is more than just a podcast, it's saving pieces of history. Thank you Viv and Daron for this amazing episode.
(Viv I need a part 2 in a few years! Daron said yes to this 🙂)
