Hello friends and family!
Happy Wednesday and happy Independence Day to Malaysia 🇲🇾. I love public holidays because it gives me the time to dive into my side projects midweek. I have decided to make small improvements to this newsletter each week, in the hope I can make it better.
(Hit reply and let me know if you notice the change!)
A smooth,
hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is 'Increments'.
If you follow me on any social media you would have seen this morning's story about my fitness journey this year. I started being consistent with my fitness in January after a breathing problem in December and a shoulder issue.
8 months later I am at the gym and decided to up the weights that I use. This made me realize the progress I have made in this short time.
I started with 2kg weights (yes the baby ones) and did light workouts with it. Then upped it later to 4kgs, then 6kgs, which to be fair were heavy for me when I started. Today I picked up the 8kg weights and thought "let's try" ...
These are heavy for me! I did not make my full rep but whatever I start here today and in a few months I will be where I am with the 6kg weights...thinking "this is too comfortable".
This is life, this is growth and this is how you can make improvements on anything you want to do. Start small, start at the beginning and take it in small increments.
Task for the week:
What is the one thing that you want to start that seems impossible?
What is the small start that you can do today to get it going?
(Wishing you all the best with whatever you choose)
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Chhan Dina
One more incredible Cambodian artist. I met Dina at her art gallery in Phnom Pehn while on the art adventure with Shauna.
Dina's work is incredible. It feels like each piece is moving. There is so many details and layers to her work. You need to see this in person. (If you are ever in PP go swing by...
is the google pin).
Until then ... ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Song of the week
Literally magic! This man's voice and the entire journey of this song is something to savour... like a good piece of cake 🙂From the beginning, he takes you on a rollercoaster ride until the very end. This week grab those headphones and sit back and relax into it. Then go binge all his other stuff too. He is a tiny desk concert too!
Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
