Hello friends and family!
Happy Thursday! How's your week going? With Mercury Retrograde starting I can feel the chaos this week. I was very close to not sending this newsletter this week because my mood was completely off for the last 2 days. Then I remembered it's not really about me and I don't have to be in the happiest mood for this. I just need to find the words to inspire us all this week.
So here we go.
Hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is 'Presence'.
Have you ever had a week where everything was going wrong and not for you personally but for people around you? This is my week and what's worse is that I got sucked into reacting to the chaos and mentally trying to solve an unsolvable problem.
(yes this exists)
This morning I felt myself dragging my body out of bed, the world felt heavier and my mood was negative. I saw one post on a news site and was angry with the world again. (To be fair it was another shooting in the states - clearly an avoidable problem) ...anyway ...the spiral continued.
I decided to stop and slow down completely. I found over the last few years that when I enter this space I need to pause and move at the slowest snail speed.
But why slow down? Slowing down gives you breathing space to come back to the present moment. It makes you concentrate on the task at hand and dissolves all that overwhelming frustration and energy bubbling inside. Task for the next week:
Look for moments where you are getting caught up in the chaos.
Instead of reacting pause and take a moment to slow down.
Journal about these moments, and you may find a pattern.
(Negative patterns need to be redesigned for a better outcome.)
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

She brought us the awareness of power poses. Take the time to watch this, this is especially good for parents and teachers.
Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Suos Sodavy
I am beaming when I think of these paintings. Such beautiful pieces. Suos Sodavy is another artist that I met by chance on my day out in Phnom Pehn. He trained in Hungary and understands the dancer's soul.
He captures the magic that I feel when I dance. On this day, I found an artist who understood the lightness in flow and movement. It's pure magic! As much as I would love to own a piece of his work, I would rather have it circulating around so others can be inspired to dance.

Song of the week
Okay sharing this purely because I have been waiting for Romeo's album to drop and then he has a song with JT. Of course, I was excited...of course, I have this on repeat, and ...of course, I have to share it. Two kings ♥️ My heart is complete this month. For this week youtube bachata and watch a few videos. You might fall in love too.
Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
