Hello friends and family!
Happy Wednesday! How are you doing this mid-September? Hit reply and let me know 🙂 As for me...better than last week! (And that's life right...all ups and downs!)
A quick,
hello and welcome
to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a
Dose of Inspiration
and tips to
Create A Life You Love and Go Live It
.
The theme of this week is "your best you".
Have you ever sat and defined who your best you is?
Nope? Me neither, but as I grow a year older in a few weeks I want to be intentional about this next version of me.
Now trust me ...I like this current version of me. But there is always room for slight improvements.
I few things came to mind as I brainstormed about my best version of myself.
She would be healthier. (I want 38 to be my fittest year ever, this is my personal wish for myself! Usually, I wish to travel but in my late 30s, it's health... who would have thought haha)
I want to speak less and listen more. The best version of me would listen more.
Create more things, since I launched my Travel Book...I have not spent a chunk of time creating something incredible (ah except for this crown I made). My best self would create more than she consumes.
What about you? What would your best you be?
Task for this week:
Create your best you. Write down all the aspects of your best you.
Maybe you can find some gems to aim for next year!
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Crown I made for Afest in Jordan. My work got slightly cooler this year :)
I am still wondering why it took me so long to remember
I love making things!

Bringing you another great book summary from Ali. This is one of the best books on time and might help you relook at your relationship with time.
Artists Who Inspire

Artist: Channa Chhom
It's with great pleasure that I get to share this artist with you. Channa Chhom is an artist I found on a walk around Siem Reap at the
.
Such a talented artist just hanging out and sharing his work. If I could go back I would have bought a series of his work. But I only purchased one. A beautiful dancer to add to my practice space.
This is the first time in many years that I have purchased art. I think I am finally ready to start settling down.
(Lol in the name of art!)

Song of the week
Just found this gem! If you are new here, check out the Youtube channel My Analog Journal. It's one of my favourite channels. Excellent vinyl DJs, all with their own unique style. This week's mix is from Millie Mckee and it's so smooth. Leave this one playing as background music while you relax, clean or work. I guarantee you that you will be bouncing to the vibe within minutes!
Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
