🌿What would you do if you were inspired? - Issue 92 ⭐

Hello friends and family!

Happy Thursday! Not going to lie, my brain is a bit fried today. I struggled to find the words or the topic, artist, and music and it reminded me this is also work, and it needs my total energy so I should give it time. But we are so close to 100 so I gotta make it good!

Let's get to it.

Hello and welcome

to the new subscribers. Thank you for joining us on this weekly adventure for a

Dose of Inspiration

and tips to

Create A Life You Love and Go Live It

The theme of this week is '1 thing you love'.

I changed this theme about 4 times until I settled on this one. Taking inspiration from my past weekend where I danced somewhere between 23-25 hours.

Dance has always been a part of my life from dancing in my bedroom while growing up or being part of a hip-hop group in Taiwan, to now a life of salsa, bachata, and sometimes Kizomba.

This is the one 1 thing I love the most in life!

Have you found your one thing? This can be anything ...I have friends who love gardening and growing things, ones who love taking pics of cats, others who enjoy fixing up cars and others who paint.

They all know that when life is heavy or when they need a quick pic me up, this is where they can go to. Same with me and dance, it has saved my life more times than I can count.

  Task this week:

  • Find your one thing if you haven't yet or if you have go do it.

  • How do you find your one thing?

    • Make a list of everything you love doing.

    • Is anything appealing on this list?

    • If not, make a list of things to try out.

    • Go try everything ...

We take our capacity to create a happy life for granted. It's up to you to keep the vibrancy of your life going.

Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

How to Be More Organized & Productive | 10 Habits for Life Organization

This month has been so busy for me and today I realized that a big part of the overwhelm has come from being unorganized with everything I need to do. Maybe you feel this way too...if you do, this video could jump-start a more organized life.

Artists Who Inspire

 Artist: Paul Lewin

How beautiful are these! Paul Lewis is an artist from Jamaica who creates these powerful images of women surrounded by folklore and spirituality. This is the representation needed in all cultures/ races around the world.

After the whole saga with the little mermaid being black, I am still amazed that people cannot understand the power images can have for little children. Changing the race of a fictional character can bring appreciation for others and more understanding in the world.

Song of the week

Back to the ones that bring goosebumps. This week a taste of contemporary reggae music. Within the first few seconds, my heart skipped a beat with this song. Do you have a beautiful song to share with the A Dose of Inspiration community? Hit reply and send it my way ... if it hits the spot it will be shared. For this week, sit back relax and enjoy this beautiful track.

Before I forget - a big thank you to @0melapics for the Tribal design that inspired this branding.
