💫 A Dose of Inspiration
Hello friends and family,
Happy Monday or Tuesday in your world. Deep into November, we go, and almost at the end of 2024. Did you think you would do all that you have done this year?
This week's theme is “Fear …what”
Over the last week, I had 4 coaching clients, some for building businesses and some students. One thing that stood out is that everyone had the same concern or main issue that came out.
Fear. Fear of life not working out, fear of nothing good enough, fear of not knowing if this was the right thing to do. All these fears and no action.
Something we cannot prevent in life is the fact that we all have fears and that they will keep showing up.
My question to all of you is ..okay, you have a fear of something…
Is it real? Meaning is this something that is an actual danger in your life or is this a conversation in your mind?
Okay, you have a fear…now what? What are you going to do about it?
Fear will be the thing to keep you safe, but also …fear will be the thing to stop you from doing all the things you want in life.
Your task this week:
Write down your current list of fears. See if you can get to 30. Now see how many are real or are conversations in your head.
This week it’s all about the awareness of what your mind is processing.
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.

Final thoughts:
Fear and courage go hand in hand. We need to build up our courage muscle to really combat fear. So do the things that scare you and do them often. We have a limited number of days on earth to live this adventure of a life fully and in our true paths!
