🌿 What Would You Do If You Were Inspired? Issue 195
💫 A Dose of Inspiration
Hello friends and family,
Happy February, we are back into the swing of the year and this one looks like it will be an interesting one. Everyone I speak to is trying to make sense of global politics, and life and find some balance to be healthy. What’s on your mind?
This week's theme is “Mental Guardrails”
As the year kicked off with Trump’s madness and new policies that are very anti-human, I decided to give myself some guardrails for my mental space. I know it’s easy to get lost in the headlines, clips, and social media shorts of what is going on then 2 hours later you have lost your life and you feel depleted.
We don’t take stock of how long we spend on our phones. That 30 minutes in the morning unconsciously disrupts your energy, or that 2-hour block after work of scrolling through other people’s highlight reels. that is easily about 15 hours of your life each week.
This year I am giving myself less time for this. More creating than consuming. And instead of politics, I will be maxing out my reading list. I am back into books. This sounds easier than what it is, but I know daily updates on new policies that are not for the people will make me have a very bad week and that has a ripple effect on my health.
Your task this week:
Take a look at how much time you spend online.
And find something that you can anchor into outside of this to give your mind that mental break it needs!
Remember each week, we are just moving one tiny step forward to creating a life you love.
🤙🏾 Inspiration Labs
Inspiration Labs is a 1-hour call where we dive into your project, career, life, or big dream. This free session is to gain clarity, dream bigger, and walk out with 1 action step to start moving forward. This is the value I am adding back to the world 💫
I will open new sessions weekly for this. To have this available to everyone, you are allowed 1 session only. (Sorry I wish, I had all the time in the world to only do this but I have to work too)

Final thoughts:
I often wonder about those who have been here from Issue 1 or Issue 56, the early days. How has your life changed? Have you shifted to something more aligned, have you broadened your taste in music or art? Has this little weekly email made a difference in your life?
If it has …hit reply and let me know, it will help brighten up my day! 🌻
