🌿 What Would You Do If You Were Inspired? Issue 210

💫 A Dose of Inspiration

Hello friends and family,

It’s been a while, I hope you are well. This one will be short and sweet, and a quick little update on everything that’s been going on.

Life is full of cycles, some fast and some slower, to give you room to breathe. Right now the wave of inspiration and intensity has shifted me into a space of newness. New projects, new learning, and new focuses.

One of them is a new project (Pattle), which is an app for padel players, something like Pokémon Go. I am developing this with a new friend who came into my life and caused this shift in perspective on what can be achieved. So here we are building an app (my first app - and probably not my last, once I figure this out)

And with this came new spaces to learn and grow, more expansion on my life, mindset, and creating a bigger container for what is possible. Have you ever been in a situation that has forced you to grow?

To really look at your habits, time, and energy, to see what you are focusing on and what you are allowing to consume your focus. Anyway, this is where I am…

You never know what you can achieve until you push through the barriers in your mind.

These are the biggest shifts in the last 2 months, and if you know me …you know it’s huge!

  1. Fixed my sleep with a routine to calm the nervous system.

  2. Started waking up at 6-7 am, starting the day earlier despite not being a morning person.

  3. The last hour of the evening is purely to relax, no scrolling. My current obsession is a podcast on consciousness

  4. Reprioritized gym to happen in the morning after the first block of work. Get it out of the way, and it’s a non-negotiable. (Does anyone remember when gym was a struggle to even get to? Sira would be so proud of me)

  5. On top of this new app, I am doing an AI course in Spanish. Which means Sat and Sunday mornings are spent in a group class learning in a different language. (Now my Spanish needs a lot of work, but this little goal means I am doing fine to understand the language. But speaking it is still an issue.

  6. I wrote down the goal/priority list for this year, and I have 12 focuses. Now it is a lot, but I am giving myself 4 things each day to move the needle forward on. So far..it’s going well.

Now, for anyone who has been here from the beginning, you can probably sense that my life is about to change drastically. Who knows how, but I am prepared for this adventure.

Remember, we are just moving one tiny step forward to curating a life you love.

Got 5 minutes to test out the app? You don’t need to actually play. I am just looking for feedback on the user experience. Click the box below, sign up and follow the instructions to test and share feedback.

Enjoy this gem. Greentea Peng's voice should transport you to another dimension. 6 years later, this still sounds good.

✈️ Travel Inspo

“To travel is to wash your eyes.”

Me in Xalapa, Mexico, with a giant Olmec head. The perspective I got here was that I am just a speck in the timeline of Earth. Nothing really matters, and everything you give meaning to does.

Have an interesting travel photo to share? Hit reply & send it with a short caption, and I will share it in the next one.

✌🏾 Pay it forward

This space is for any of us to share projects, GoFundMe, help needed, etc. ❤️ If you know of anything where we can make an impact, please hit reply and let me know.

Final thoughts:

Dose of Inspo is still here. I am probably taking it to Substack this month, so you will see that update sometime. I am pushing 12 different things right now, life is chaotic, so the brainstorming sessions have stopped. I am in a zone of needing coaching myself and this chapter is all about that.

Giving myself the space, tools, and energy I need for this new space. Thanks for taking the time to read this update. I hope you found some inspo to push through your own barriers and try new things.

Let’s see what happens in 2026!

Sending you all my love.

✈️ Final note...I Made This 📒 For the love of conscious travel ...(Soon it will be back, ready to go on adventures)
